This Foton 10000 Liters High Pressure Jetting Sewage Truck is a professional and customized municipal engineering sanitation vehicle, specially developed for sewer dredging, sewage suction, sediment cleaning and pipeline high-pressure jetting operations. Built on reliable Foton mature chassis, the whole machine features reasonable structural design, stable power output and strong working adaptability, widely applicable for daily maintenance of urban municipal facilities, drainage systems and water conservancy projects.
The vehicle adopts a mature power transmission system driven by the chassis engine. The engine transmits power to the transfer case, which further drives the high-efficiency vacuum pump to operate stably. During sewage suction work, the vacuum pump continuously forms stable negative pressure inside the 10000-liter large-capacity sewage tank, creating a pressure difference between the tank body and the external atmosphere. This powerful negative pressure can quickly suck sewage, sludge, sediment and various impurities from rainwater wells, sedimentation wells, urban ditches and river channels into the sealed tank body, realizing efficient dirt collection and sewage extraction.
Equipped with a high-power high-pressure cleaning pump and professional high-pressure water pipeline system, the truck supports high-pressure jetting cleaning function. It generates high-speed and high-pressure water flow to thoroughly flush blocked pipelines, remove hardened dirt, grease and sediment adhesion inside drainage pipes, effectively solving pipeline blockage and poor drainage problems. It perfectly integrates sewage suction and high-pressure jetting dredging in one equipment, realizing dual functions of dirt collection and pipeline cleaning.
