Job Responsibilities (Multiple Positions Available)

We are hiring for roles across key business segments—explore the core responsibilities aligned with our strategic focus:

1. Transportation & Vehicle Business Division

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development, promotion, and after-sales service of our transportation product portfolio (including Autonomous Rail Rapid Transit, Bus/Coach, Logistic Vehicle, Micro Car, and Special Vehicle).

Track product production, delivery, and customer feedback for transportation solutions, ensuring timely resolution of client needs and seamless project execution.

Assist in compiling market research reports for automotive and rail transit sectors, identifying industry trends and potential business opportunities.

Maintain relationships with manufacturing partners and clients in the transportation field, coordinating internal resources to deliver on project commitments.

2. Wellness & Ayurvedic Tea Division

Support the end-to-end operation of our Ayurvedic tea line, including product promotion, inventory tracking, and after-sales support for offerings like Ayurvedic Heart Tea and Anti-Diabetic Tea.

Assist in updating product materials (e.g., benefits documentation, ingredient guides) to highlight key value propositions such as enhanced digestion, improved metabolism, and immunity support.

Handle customer inquiries about Ayurvedic tea products, sharing insights on their traditional formulation and wellness benefits.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for product launches and customer engagement initiatives.

3. Cross-Functional Support

  • Manage internal administrative tasks for the assigned department, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Update company promotional materials (digital and print) for both transportation and wellness product lines.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including suppliers, logistics providers, and wellness experts, to strengthen business alliances.
  • Fulfill other duties assigned by leadership to support team and company objectives.

Job Requirements:

Regardless of the role, we expect candidates to bring the following qualifications:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields—e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, or related disciplines.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred (e.g., in transportation/automotive industry, FMCG/wellness product sales, or customer service). Outstanding fresh graduates with a passion for mobility or wellness are also encouraged to apply.
  3. Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with clients.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick adaptability to CRM or project management tools.
    • Basic understanding of either transportation/automotive technologies or wellness/traditional herbal products (prior experience in these fields is a plus).
    • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Arabic) is highly advantageous for global-focused roles.
