Foton 4CBM Low Noise Quiet Road Sweeper Truck

BRIEF

This CRRC RS4BJ95L6 low noise road sweeper truck is built on mature Foton Forland chassis, engineered as a compact sanitation vehicle for quiet and efficient urban cleaning. Powered by Quanchai 95HP Euro 6 diesel engine, it adopts auxiliary engine and blower as its core working assemblies, delivering reliable sweeping performance with ultra low noise operation, ideal for noise-sensitive working zones such as parks, school roads, residential districts and airports.

The low noise quiet road sweeper truck integrates sweeping, garbage collection and waste transportation into one machine. It is equipped with advanced dust removal technology with three-stage dust removal structure to avoid secondary pollution. The high-performance centrifugal blower features strong suction and quiet running; paired with side tilting brushes and long suction cup, it sweeps debris and sucks waste into the 4 cubic meter trash bin smoothly in closed-loop airflow. The durable hydraulic system controls brush lifting, suction nozzle movement and bin tipping, supported by solenoid valve assembly for stable hydraulic drive.

It comes with an integrated control system with centralized cabin control panel, enabling operators to monitor working status in real time. A manual pump emergency system is reserved, which can lift the garbage bin even when the auxiliary engine stops, greatly simplifying maintenance work. The suction nozzle adopts hydraulic floating design to extend service life, and the filter cylinder is easy to disassemble and clean to prevent clogging. This versatile low-noise road sweeper fits municipal roads, factories, mines, highways and piers, offering clean, quiet and eco-friendly road maintenance solution for sanitation contractors and government departments.
