BriefÂ
This Foton 21CBM Jetting Truck adopts the sturdy FOTON Auman chassis and is manufactured by CRRC, powered by a durable 290HP Cummins main engine to deliver steady power for long-hour municipal sewer maintenance work. Built with a dual pumping system, this jetting truck combines high-pressure pipeline dredging and sludge vacuum suction to handle blocked sewers, sediment removal and onsite sludge treatment efficiently.
Its core high-pressure pump is paired with stainless steel high-pressure nozzles for powerful jetting performance, protected by a proprietary large filter that avoids frequent disassembly and cleaning to block impurities and protect the pump. The supporting water-circulating vacuum sludge pump is driven by an independent auxiliary engine, and an auxiliary fuel tank extends continuous working endurance for remote field jobs.
The waste tank features a self-developed anti-overflow valve fitted with a detachable filter screen, which stops debris from entering and damaging the pump. A three-claw tank opening on the tank top simplifies internal tank cleaning. The rear high-pressure hose reel uses triangular double-bolt fastening and thickened reinforced structure, hydraulically rotating up to 180 degrees; an integrated flushing nozzle automatically rinses the hose during retraction.
Shock-resistant pressure gauges are fitted on core valves to maintain precise pressure readings under working vibration. A centralized control panel with clear operation guides helps avoid misoperation. The water tank is equipped with easy-to-operate ball valve fire hydrant, pagoda-style washing valve and DN100 reinforced connecting pipe, supporting water interchange to expand operational flexibility. Complete anti-slip platforms, guardrails and access ladders provide safe access for inspection and maintenance.
