Description

The FOTON AUMARK Hazardous Materials Transport Van Truck is designed with safety and compliance as a primary consideration, and is used to transport hazardous materials in individually packaged containers. It is equipped with a FOTON-AUMARK S3 series chassis, featuring a Cummins high-performance engine and a ZF high-efficiency transmission, forming a powerful, responsive, and reliable powertrain system. The truck features front disc brakes, front-mounted exhaust pipes, and a steering wheel tire blowout emergency device to fully ensure driving safety.

The superstructure employs an advanced seamless modular structure, ensuring the high structural integrity, durability, and safety required for hazardous materials transport. The box frame is made of galvanized steel, with a 1.0mm outer skin, 1.2mm high-quality Wuhan Iron and Steel cold-rolled steel plate. The inner lining uses 1.0mm aluminum alloy checked plate, and the frame cavities are filled with B1-grade flame-retardant and fire-insulating material, providing strong load-bearing capacity, anti-slip, and effective static dissipation. The outer skin is constructed of 5mm Wuhan Iron and Steel plate, with a 0.8mm flame retardant and anti-static plate on the outer surface, providing long-term durability.

The cargo box is securely fixed to the chassis using a dual welding and bolt connection system, ensuring structural stability and long-term reliability. The overall structure is lightweight yet robust, offering enhanced corrosion resistance and a longer service life. Door seams are sealed with integrated EPDM rubber sealing strips, achieving excellent airtightness and weatherproofing. Galvanized door hinges provide superior corrosion resistance, and a long service life. Anti-static rubber drag strips are installed on both sides of the rear of the chassis to ensure operational safety. The cab is equipped with triangular hazard warning lights, and 3M reflective strip on the sides and rear of the vehicle to maximize visibility.
